5月27- 29日,数学系教师黄兆霞参加第三届IEEE计算机设计与应用国际会议。本次会议由IEEE主办，陕西师范大学承办。来自国内外的百余名专家学者在会上作了交流。 我院黄兆霞老师的论文《A result of exchangeable random variables》被收入会议论文集《2011 3^rdInternational Conference on Computer Design and Applications》（IEEE）。
